We are a Gent by Honeywell System Integrator and Platinum Partner. Most of our work is new Gent systems in commercial buildings, healthcare, education and industry. We design the system, our own engineers install it, and we commission it and hand it over. We also supply Gent, Morley-IAS, Xtralis VESDA and FAAST parts to other installers.

Design, installation and commissioning

For a new system, send the drawings and the fire strategy, or tell us what the building is used for and which category the system has to meet. We work out the device layout, loop loading and cause and effect at design stage.

Our own engineers do the installation. Larger jobs can be phased.

We commission Vigilon, Vigilon Plus and Nano panels with Gent's own diagnostic tools, hand over the documents, and show the people who run the building how to operate and test the system.

After handover we look after programming changes, extensions and fault-finding on the systems we commissioned.

Why Gent

Planning an upgrade to an existing Gent system?

Existing devices may be suitable for reuse, but the panel name alone is not enough to confirm compatibility. We check the installed devices, controller and loop-card versions before specifying the upgrade. Send the panel details and the full part numbers and we will tell you what can stay.

Vigilon Plus is the current Gent control panel platform, certified to EN54-2 (control & indicating equipment) and EN54-4 (power supply).

We keep Gent parts on the shelf for our own jobs, and other installers buy from us too. Send the part number, or the old one if it has been superseded, and we will confirm the current part and quote it. Stock items go out the same working day by Royal Mail 24.
